Original MPG > Sony Vegas (sync audio) > TMGEnc NTSC VCD

This mpg file, originally downloaded via the bjorkhub, was configured for PAL and has some problems of sync'ing between the audio and video.  With the step-by-step guidance of New Homebrew, I was able to slide the audio slightly in Sony Vegas 5.0 to sync it up with the video.  However, this broadcast was mucked up pretty badly with tacky special effects (and poor lighting), and there are points where the video slows down and the sync is lost.  There are three points in the video that were used for test purposes--the close-ups of Bjork in All is Full of Love, Hyperballad and Generous Palmstroke, and all of these are synchronized.

Since the specs of the original mpg are not suited for DVD, this has been encoded to VCD for maximum viewing pleasure.
